The house sleeps up to five people and is situated on a generous 4,500 m² plot, offering plenty of privacy and a wonderful sense of freedom.

The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a Google TV – perfect for relaxing together after a day outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table with a bench and four chairs, a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. Ideal for both short and long stays.

For added relaxation, there's a new sauna, and the new bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a landing:

• Bedroom 1 has two comfortable box-spring beds
  and ample storage space.
• Bedroom 2 has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm),
  ample closet space, and the option of adding an extra guest bed.

Across from the house lies a large lake, which is charming in every season. In winter, you can go ice fishing and hiking, while in summer, you can enjoy fishing, relaxing by the water, or barbecuing with a view of the surrounding nature.
